Aspen Backcountry is a trail-running event in Aspen, Colorado, with separate 50K, marathon and heavy half-marathon races, run almost entirely on dirt. Aravaipa added the ultra distance in 2025, extending the marathon route toward McNamara Hut.

Rachel Entrekin won the Aspen Backcountry Marathon in 4:12:33 in 2025. TUM described it as her eighteenth consecutive win at that time.
